    Money Magnet
There is a simple technique you can use to start activating that Money Magnet inside you. I will start by briefly repeating a technique that was explained in a different article. It will be for the benefit of those who never read it. Then, I will present an alternative technique in case you have a subconscious barrier using the first method.THE UNIVERSAL LAW OF ATTRACTIONIn one of her books titled "The Dynamic Laws of Prosperity", Catherine Ponder stated something worth remembering, "The ungrateful never prospers''. According to the author, your ungrateful attitude is pushing abundance and prosperity away from you.Do you take a few minutes every day to be grateful and thankful for all the good things you have in your life right now? Most likely, NO. You are probably too busy focusing on what is wrong in your life and bitterly complaining about it. You do not even begin to understand that, by NOT being grateful and thankful, you are becoming a REPELLENT to money, wealth and riches."How can that be?", you may ask. "What is really happening here? Why are gratitude and thankfulness mentioned by so many teachers, authors and lecturers?", you may be wondering. The Law of Life is the Law of Belief, also known as the universal Law of Attraction. It simply states that "what you deeply believe will sooner or later materialize as your physical reality". In other words, you are creating your own reality through the beliefs you deeply hold in your Subconscious mind. everyone will want to buy the new produce. Websense Web Filtering - Good or Bad?
Companies like Websense sell their web filtering software to corporate clients. Their marketing material is pointing out how much productivity is lost due to employees casually surfing the web while at work. With Websense software corporations are able to restrict web surfing to certain websites and put monitoring in place. This allows to protect the corporations from malicious viruses entering the network from untrusted websites and to limit the overall Internet activity of employees to business related websites. It also allows to run specific reporting on every user and to monitor web usage on a per user base. But how much web monitoring and filtering is really helping a corporation and when is filtering getting too tight? Everyone agrees - an employee is paid a certain amount of money in return for his or her work. An employee should not be paid for surfing the web. Websense can also be useful protecting the network environment from Trojans and viruses. But a tool like Websense does not really make a difference between the employee taking a quick break after a very hectic morning and between the lazy employee surfing the web 5 hours a day. Everyone is monitored and all activity is logged. The danger with a tool like Websense is: who is running the reports and how are these reports used. The 5 hour a day employee web surfer does need to be fired - no doubt. But does the occasionally web surfing employee gets into trouble when surfing the web on a slow day with not enough work to fill the hou
This is the story of a silly farmer. Actually, this person is not a "real" farmer yet, but wants to be one. You may have met someone like this farmer, or you may even be this future farmer. To protect the innocent, we will call our farmer-to-be, "Pat".

Pat is a regular person, just like you, or I. One day, like many, Pat decides to start a business. Now this would be Pat’s very first business, and Pat did not exactly grow up with a silver spoon in the mouth, if you know what I mean.

Pat decides to tell everyone in town all about the new business soon to be started.

Pat tells friends, family and even other existing farmers to get ready, because this is going to be HUGE.

Pat has come up with an idea that will revolutionize the farming industry and is SURE everyone will want to buy the new produce. Pat is actually bewildered why no one has thought of this or attempted this before as it will make MILLIONS and is yet, so obvious.

    Training - Cost or Investment?
How do you view training and development in your business?Do you need to quantify and measure it? Is the value you place on developing your staff and management purely monetary or is there a greater benefit to the individual and to the organisation? In a study carried out by the International Institute of Management Development 80% of respondents were unable to quantify the effect of development. Yet millions of pounds are invested, in management development alone, each year in the UK.It just doesn't add up. It is ingrained in all good businesses to test, measure and know their numbers. So why spend millions without knowing the result. So what is the value of training? Many organisations say they now agree that their work force is their greatest asset and so investing in their development is both necessary and worthwhile these organisations place a high value on training. However, some still see training as a necessary interruption to work and productivity and place very little value upon it.The fact is that the value of training is and always has been difficult to measure. However we find that in organisations which place a high perceived value upon development the real benefits are far greater than in those organisations which do not.Changing the perception of training in an organisation is like changing any cultural belief but it can be done by ensuring that the true value of this work is communicated clearly and openly for all to see.otect the innocent, we will call our farmer-to-be, "Pat".

Your Business Card as a Strategic Marketing Tool
While every business has, or should have a business card, often it is neglected as a part of an overall strategy. If you take the time to devise even a simple marketing, public relations, or sales strategy, your business card should be an integral part of your plan. Location! Location! Location! If you sell product, consider including your card with the product when it is delivered to your customer. Same goes for services. For example, if you are an auto mechanic, consider slipping your business card in your customer's car visor, or create a sticker business card that will adhere to a discrete area of the customer's car windsheild. If you provide regular on-site services, consider a business card magnet to be prominently placed on a refrigerator, or filing cabinet. Keep in mind, you don't need to actually sell product, or deliver service to ensure your business card gets and stays in the hands of others. Include your business card with every piece of correspondence: quotes, RFP's, letters, even photocopy your business card and include it in fax transmissions. When mailing out information, include it in the mailing by stapling your card (if possible) to the bottom or top corner of your letterhead. Easy Access The best thing you can do with your business card is not only carry it around with you, but have other people carry it around and pass it around for you. Having other people carry your card allows them to provide it to their friends

The Interviewing Game: Guidelines for Jobseekers
The interviewing process is a common form of filtering candidates for a job, and used by almost every company in the world. This process can also cause many people to experience anxiety, fear, and many other quite unpleasant feelings. Well, we know exactly how that feels, and for this reason – we’ve decide to provide some guidelines to help you achieve success and impress your prospective employers:The PreparationThe interview is, at many times, as simple as a game. It is a matter of preparing yourself as much as you can, and using that preparation to back you up in every moment of the interview. Having knowledge will also equip you with the required confidence to clearly communicate with the interviewer:Research The first step is to find out about the position you are applying, the company and the industry. Review your job application guidelines, and ensure you know every function required for the job. Determine the main qualities and skills you possess which are aligned with job requirements, and then you’ll have an idea as to why you’ve been selected for an interview. Find out about the company’s purpose statement, motto, goals and objectives and anything of importance that may have occurred in the past few months. Then research the industry, and check how the company positions itself, and what the current industry status is. If you can’t find all of this, don’t worry – simply try to get as much information as you possibly can.Drafting the Interview

Creating a Vision for Your Business
Where is your business going? You must begin a business with the end in mind. In order to get from point A to point B, must know where both of those points are. If you don’t define the end goal, you have very little hope of ever getting there. Strategy is about planning and defining the straight line between those two points. Rather than taking the scenic route, a good strategy gets you from where you are to where you want to go in the most efficient way possible. You can’t draw that straight line if you haven’t figured out where and what point B is. I find a lot of entrepreneurs try to skip ahead and do marketing for their business before they have defined where their desired end point is. This is impractical and more importantly a mistake that can doom your business’ potential. There are plenty of marketing methods you can utilize. Sure marketing is an important business strategy but what you say, how you say it, and who you say it to, all depend on clearly defining your point B. You can spend your money and your efforts on marketing all day long, but if you don’t know what the goal of these efforts is then that spend can be largely waste. And small businesses do not have room for waste. So what is your vision? Create a clear picture in your mind. You can not acquire what you cannot see. That is why visualization techniques are so effective. Follow our vision formula and your business is sure to flourish.Create your business vision. There first step in creating your business vis

Pat has saved as much money as possible, but only is able to come up with a very small amount. The amount Pat has, is a lot less than one would normally expect to pay to start a farm, but that does not stop Pat from being self-confident. Thinking positively, (and being proactive and not letting "negative people" dampen spirits), Pat decides to take all the money available and use as down payment buy a plot of land anyway.

After buying the land, Pat has enough money to buy only one packet of seeds and one shovel from the general store. Mind you Pat is venturing into the Farming Industry for the very first time, so with the exception of outside observance, Pat doesn't have much inside knowlege.

However, Pat DOES have a great idea, and feels that is more than enough, I mean after all,
