What if you are wrong in judging your brothers and sisters? Then what? Do you know their heart?Disability 5 – Change? Really? Where?By now most of us have heard the parable of the boiled frog. He’s the poor fella that gets cooked. OK so they say that if you dunk a frog in a pot of water he’ll jump out quicker than he or I can say “ribbit”. Rightly so. Now if we were to place him in a nice comfy pot and turn up the heat he will enjoy his spa bath until he reverts to soup.Apparently the frogs internal apparatus for sensing threats to survival is geared to sudden changes in his environment, not slow gradual changes. Sound familiar? In business we live life in the fast lane. Everything is frantic, zooming by in a blinding flash. Why do we judge our neighbors, fellow Christian's, and friends? Who are we to judge the heart of another person? Why do we insist on giving blind opinions and erroneous judgment even when it is not warranted? I'll tell you why. If we can tear someone down it will certainly build us up?At some point or another almost all businesses will utilise the power of the web to help sell their product or service to a wider online market. How do you go about doing this? One of the hardest things a designer has to do is try to establish exactly what the client is looking for either because they just want a finished site and don’t want any input or else they are too shy to say exactly what they want. The more input at the beginning the better, it helps you get the site you want and gives the designer the satisfaction that he/she has built a site that you are proud of.Once you have made the decision to create an online presence but before the paperwork is signed and sealed consider the following questions to ensure the type of site you go for is suitable for your needs.PurposeThe first question you need to ask yourself is why you want the site in the first place. Are you looking to sell Jesus explicitly said, "not to judge". Matthew 7:1 says do not judge, or you too will be judged. Jesus teaches us to examine our own conduct and our own lives instead of passing judgment onto others. But were so darn busy looking over the fence at what everyone else is doing, we don’t have time to notice our own faults. I know it’s easy to look at the way someone else does things, and pass judgment. But really now, is their way wrong just because it is different then your way? And even if it is wrong, who are you? Matthew 7:3 ~ Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother's eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? We all have had planks in our eyes. The plank stops us from being the discerning individuals God meant us to be. Our fault is that we do not live up to our potential in life. God would really like for you and I to be all that we can be. Not in the religious way, but in the spiritual way. If there were ever a time for judgment of another individual it should be from one Christian brother to another out of love for one another, and not for advancement of self. And even if it is wrong, who are you?If you’re seeking a career in biotechnology, one thing is for certain ... the more education you have, the higher up you can go. The fact is, no matter where you wind up working, you will be surrounded by people with Ph.D.'s and medical degrees. It is highly unlikely that an individual without an advanced degree such as these will get to the top of the corporate chain. Therefore a bachelor's degree in the life sciences is a bare minimum. No matter what you’re selling, widgets or copywriting services, business success is built on satisfying customers -- one at a time. It's about delivering great customer service.Repeat business and referrals are fundamental to maximum long-term growth and profitability. After all, repeat buyers and referrals are the most profitable sales you can generate. If every customer is a one-time buyer only, you’ll need to consistently fill the pipeline with fresh new prospects to make any sales at all. Providing exceptional customer service significantly increases the odds of subsequent purchases. As merchants, we need to bend over backwards to satisfy those who patronize our businesses. From how much profit the company makes monthly to employee satisfaction. And because it is the company’s duty to know as much as possible, an employee performance appraisal is highly recommended to be done every now and then so that the company will be able to determine what employees are performing well and which ones are in need of improvement.1. Know Before You GoFor those who are tasked to the annual employee performance appraisal, it may seem to be quite a task at first since some departments of the office may be much more difficult to appraise than others. When you are clearly not paying attention to the kind of work that they do as well as their daily output, you are pretty much at that point at a loss about how will you able to write your employees’ performance appraisals. What if you are wrong in judging your brothers and sisters? Then what? Do you know their heart?Having been in business for over 25 years I have seen some excellent negotiators. The way they operate is to work with your concerns and show they understand your position. To these operators, negotiation is both a skill and an art and some have developed it to such a high degree that you could even think it is a science. We all negotiate every day in some way or another so becoming more skilled is something that would beneft us as individuals, and benefit our businesses and organisations. Mostly the outcomes are not earth-shattering but when the negotiation is important follow this advice to reach the best outcome for all parties.Whenever we want something we almost always enter a negotiation, unless a straightforward purchase in a shop; but even there I know several people who will attempt to negotiate as a matter of principle. The simplest thing to understand therefore, is that for the negotiation to be succ For instance, some people who confess to be Christian have not the Spirit of Christ within them. While others who don’t even go to Church have the Love of Christ encasing their inner being. Of course, the man who doesn’t go to Church will be the man who gets judged. Yet, the man who confesses to be a Christian doesn’t even know Jesus! Where is the discernment? Romans 14:13-18 ~ Therefore let us stop passing judgment on one another. Instead make up your own mind not to put any stumbling block or obstacle in your brother's way. As one who is in the Lord Jesus, I am fully convinced that no food is unclean in itself. But if anyone regards something as unclean, then for him it is unclean. If your brother is distressed because of what you eat, you are no longer acting in love. Do not by your eating destroy your brother for whom Christ died. Do not allow what you consider good be spoken of as evil. For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of eating or drinking, but of righteousness, peace, joy in the Holy Spirit, because anyone who serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by men. Biblically speaking we know that we are not to judge the heart of another, and yet, we still do it. Worldly speaking we know we’re not to judge because it is a cruel thing to do, and we still do it. I would even venture to say that Christian’s are more apt to judge others than non-Christians simply because of the self-righteous factor blinding their eyes from seeing the goodness in others. Ironically, it is not just those who profess to be Christian’s that reap the benefits of Christ’s principles, but those very same principles have been applied into the non-Christian lifestyle as well. It’s not a religion; it’s a way of living. If we Christian’s believe our self to be blameless than we will not judge our own actions rightly. But as Christian’s, are we not supposed to be the good example? I don’t think the Christian repre
