Being Self-Employed - Is It All That It's Cracked Up To Be? And that is exactly what they get: NO luck.Ok, Here's the question. Is being self-employed all that it's cracked up to be? Ask anyone what they think about people who are self employed and I will guarantee you that the first response will be that they are all "rich". Yup, it's true, every self employed person is rich or suppose to be, baloney! Now, ask that same question of a dozen self-employed entrepreneurs and I bet you that you will hear twelve different responses. Before working for the "man", I was self-employed on the East Coast having owned 4 small businesses; not all at the same time, thank the Lord. Being self-employed has it's pros and cons, ups and downs, good days and bad days etc. I was responsible for making sure that my employees made an income. I was responsible for my making and income and providing myself with Health Insurance and vacations. There was no one there when I was sick to answer the phone to tell them that I was taking a sick day as I had no sick days! I had no paid vacations as when I was lucky enough to take one, it was my own paid vacation and if i shut my business down to take the vacation it was also a loss of income for that period. When days were good I wa The second group BELIEVES that by preparing themselves opportunities will appear. Therefore, they BELIEVE good things happen to them all the time. And they do happen since that is what Restaurant Employee Theft It is time to stop being so serious and have some fun with the universal Law of Attraction, also known as the Law of Belief.Restaurant owners don’t run a cash machine 24/7. They face the reality of being observed by thieves undercover and this alone is a serious threat not only to the business but to the safety of the management, staff and customers. The most difficult part about this harm is there is no certain point one realizes that there is a thief lurking around the corner waiting for the right time to attack. And the sad part about it is there are a big percentage of theft casualties done by employees.Yes, that’s right. Employee theft is one of the serious threats that a restaurant owner has to accept. Each year, there is an estimate of over $52 billion loss because of this reason. The percentage is up to 95% and the numbers already indicates a high risk of getting robbed by one of your employees anytime. The fact is, there is no actual way of stopping this sad reality but it’s best to still think one step ahead of the culprit. You need to start to work on your very own backyard to prevent employee theft. Make sure that you’re aware with your employees’ behavior physically, mentally and professionally. Analyze your employees’ habits such as the borrowing property of o In simple words, this Law states that "you get exactly what you believe", "it is done unto you as you believe", "be it done unto you according to your faith", "your deeply held beliefs are materializing your reality"."you materialize on all planes the subconscious beliefs held in your subconscious mind". Let's see if we can share some light on this Law and winning the Lottery. (1) Some state there is no such thing as LUCK. That is their BELIEF. These people have no luck at all. (2) Others keep repeating this sentence preached by so many gurus and so called experts: "Luck is the intersection of preparation and opportunity". These are the ones who want to impress people with the HARD WORK they NEED to perform in order to achieve their goals. They glorify working real hard, struggling against all odds, and all that NONSENSE. They just don't know any better. The idea of things being EASY and even FUN never crosses their minds. Their BELIEF is that they must work real hard for anything they achieve. (3) Then, there are those who are just plain LUCKY. They keep winning in contests, bingo games, raffles. They always get parking spaces right in front of the places they want to go to. Happy events keep materializing in their lives without them really making any efforts whatsoever. People who know them keep commenting on how LUCKY they are. That reinforces their beliefs that they are LUCKY. And they keep getting LUCKIER by the day. Spiders are software programs that "crawl" the internet looking for new content, and rank it based on its contents and its relevance to a certain topic. This is all done by some very complex math, but the importan Let's see if we can share some light on this Law and winning the Lottery. (1) Some state there is no such thing as LUCK. Their BELIEF is that they must work real hard for anything they achieve. In the post-quota era, India and China are emerging as the major hubs for global apparel sourcing, mainly to U.S.A. and the European Union. There are several factors which led to this development. The vast size of the Indian textile industry and its competitiveness make it one of the world’s leading apparel exporters. India has vast sources of raw materials. Labor costs are low in India. Indian traders have a wealth of entrepreneurship, designs and experience, which enable them to produce and apparel of high quality. Changes in the policies of the Indian government have opened up the Indian economy to the outside world, which has led to a rise in exports. Indian textile firms are quick in making changes such as expanding their capacity and adopting new technology, keeping in view the growing demand for Indian apparel all over the world. India has a large source of cotton domestically. About 75% of India’s exports are cotton items.Reputed foreign traders like J.C. Happy events keep materializing in their lives without them really making any efforts whatsoever. People who know them keep commenting on how LUCKY they are. That reinforces their beliefs that they are LUCKY. And they keep getting LUCKIER by the day.Training in its broadest sense is the provision of information to allow someone to carry out an old task better or to learn to perform a new task. Yet training is often seen as an extra cost and therefore affecting the bottom line. When the business environment is difficult it can be one of the first costs to be cut. There is no denying that it does cost time and money to train people but it can cost far more when people are untrained. Much more time can be wasted showing people tasks that could have been learnt through some form of instruction.I can understand this resistance to providing training in terms of cost. Even in larger companies the risk that people will jump ship after specialised training is always there. What’s more once people leave education they can often become resistant to learning, beyond basic tasks required of them in their work environment. Often it becomes the responsibility of the employers to determine how and when employees get training. A multinational I worked with used to sit down with its employees every year and ask them about their training needs for the following year. More often than not it was a list of “approved c If you analyze those three examples, they all have ONE common factor: BELIEF. The first group BELIEVES there is no such thing as LUCK. And that is exactly what they get: NO luck.Perfect Wealth Formula, the latest business on the block. Is this the program to flock to or is it just another program promising false hope? I myself have worked online now for about 2 years, throughout that time I have tried, failed and succeeded at many online business programs. It was only some months back that I got into the whole 2 up business model and began generating sales, although painfully passing sales to my sponsor to get 'qualified' I was quite happy. The industry for sure needed something new, no one likes giving up money so what next? Roll out Perfect Wealth Formula.Perfect Wealth Formula appeared and immediately I saw what this business would do to its competitors. I saw many EDC members with a look of sickness in their eyes that they had just paid nearly $1000 to join and they were going to have to pass their first $2000 to their sponsor. Perfect Wealth Formula was what this industry was waiting for, a zero up business with a mega compensation plan.Perfect Wealth Formula also offers your commissions paid immediately to your merchant account, Great no more waiting for money! I tried to look for the downside to Perfect Wealth Formula The second group BELIEVES that by preparing themselves opportunities will appear. They prepare themselves because they BELIEVE opportunities will appear to those who are ready and prepared. And these opportunities DO appear as they BELIEVE. The third group BELIEVES they are lucky. Therefore, they BELIEVE good things happen to them all the time. And they do happen since that is what they BELIEVE. Interesting, they are all getting results according to their BELIEFS. That looks TOO MUCH like the universal Law of Attraction, also known as the Law of Belief, at work -- giving each group what each group BELIEVES. Changing focus a bit, this is a true story about a fellow I know. I caught him once sitting in front of his TV checking the winning lottery numbers. He kept always saying that he would make millions winning the Lottery. A friend of his decided to have some fun and asked him "John, I always hear you saying there are only three ways to make lots of money. Refresh my mind. What are they?" John replied, "You can make lots of money by (1) inheritance, (2) having your own business, and (3) investing in real estate, stock market or commodities. There is no other way.". His friend laughed and made the following comment, "Then, why do you waste your time and money playing the lottery? You BELIEVE there are only three ways of making lots of money and the lottery is definitely NOT one of them. You'll NEVER win". John gasped and said "My God, you are right". John was trying to achieve something his own BELIEF does NOT allow him to accept.. Based on what you read so far, there are two prerequisites to use the Law of attraction i order to win the lottery: (1) BELIEF that you are super LUCKY and (2) total and complete BELIEF that you will win, not just partial belief. There are many who constantly 'poo-poo' the idea of playing the lottery. These people do NOT understand the Law of Attraction. They also have very limiting beliefs that the ONLY way to achieve goals (like making lots of money) is ONLY through hard work, making lots of sacrifices, working real
