These words work best capitalised, but don't make the whole title capitalised as this won't draw visitors to your keywords. Also remember that you have 55 characters at your disposal when you create your auction title. Try to use them all.
On average a basic eBay eBook listing without any added selling features should be viewed at least 15 times. If your listing is not generating at least 15 hits the problem is with your title and you should consider changing it.
