As much as we'd like everyone to be our clone: same work ethic, owner mentality, intelligence level, capable of seeing the big picture and multi-tasking, that’s just not reality. A good manager will recognize that each associate has a different set of strengths they bring to the table. A great leader will do something about tapping into those strengths.

Successful men-women seem to have basic personality and character traits that lead them to great wealth and accomplishments. Some of the men-women use one combination of skills to achieve their goals while others use a different combination. Despite these differences all of the men-women have basic skills that comprise the canvass on which the picture is painted. To know what these skills are is to know your own chance of becoming successful.

Lets talk about images in advertising for a moment. Most advertisements for clothing (i.e. bathing suits etc), show shapely thin women and men. This has led our country to think that fat is demeaning and not socially accepted. This type of advertising has caused everyone to want to look like the people in the ads.

China is kicking America’s butt and will easily surpass our economic output. And you know what they deserve to win. Do you know why? Because we are so caught up in our BS and political correctness; so quick to over regulate and condemn our corporations and business leaders that we have put in place an unworkable situation for increasing industrial output.
